Clean Harbors names new vice president

On Monday, Clean Harbors, a Norwell, Mass.-based provider of environmental and hazardous waste services, appointed John R. Beals to the position of vice president and corporate controller. Beals joins the company after serving as vice president and corporate controller at 3Com.
