Last week, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, ordered Tucson, Ariz.-based Triumph Builders and Benson, Ariz.-based D. Fenn Enterprises to remove demolition debris from the San Pedro River in Arizona. According to a press release, D.
