New Way Acquires K-PAC

New Way, Scranton, Iowa, has acquired K-PAC Equipment. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We’ve been working on the expansion of our global market, and now we’re looking forward to expanding our product offering as well,” says Michael McLaughlin, president of Scranton Manufacturing, a subsidiary of New Way, in a press release. “By adding this new product line, we’re taking steps to build and expand New Way into a stronger leader of waste equipment worldwide.”

K-PAC manufactures waste compaction units. New Way manufactures front loaders, rear loaders, side loaders, and satellite and recycling bodies.
