New York Waste Conference to Weigh Impending Bottle Decision

Albany, New York – The Federation of New York Solid Waste Associations will host a debate on the expansion of the New York bottle bill at the organization’s solid waste/recycling conference and trade show in Bolton Landing, N.Y., May 4-7. Two panelists will present opposing perspectives on the legislation that is expected to include more types of containers and to raise the deposit.
