The National Recycling Coalition (NRC), Washington, has launched online educational tools to illustrate the connection between recycling and climate change. The resources include fact sheets, frequently asked questions, policy papers and copies of key legislation, which can be accessed through the NRC Web site.

“NRC wants to support its members in their educational and advocacy efforts regarding the value of recycling in reducing greenhouse gas emissions,” said Ed Skernolis, director of policy and programs for NRC, in a press release. “The climate change Web resources that we are introducing today, which will be continuously enhanced and expanded, will hopefully provide a valuable information resource for those efforts.”
