NSWMA Elects Board Chair and Vice Chair

The Washington-based National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA) has re-elected Jim Perry, president and CEO of Raleigh, N.C.-based Waste Industries USA, as chairman of its Board of Governors. Donald Williamson, president of West Central Sanitation, Willmar, Minn., was elected to serve as the board’s vice chairman.

“I am pleased that Jim and Don have agreed to serve in leadership roles on the NSWMA Board of Governors,” said Bruce Parker, president and CEO of NSWMA, in a press release. “They repeatedly have demonstrated their commitment to the association and the industry.”
