Veolia Plant Recognized by OSHA

Veoalia Environmental Services (ES) North America, Lombard, Ill., has announced it’s Philadelphia facility was accepted into the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program at the Star Award level.

“Our employee involvement and commitment in this process is the reason we were successful,” said Bob Rath, general manager of Veolia ES Technical Solutions Mid-Atlantic branch, in a press release. “We try to instill a culture of excellence in safety and customer service in all of our employees.”

Companies that achieve this recognition display injury and illness rates below the national average of their competitors.
