Houston – Waste Management Inc. has elected Frank M. Clark Jr. to its board of directors to replace Ralph Cox, who retired in May. Clark’s titles and credentials include: president, ComEd; senior vice president, Exelon Corp.; and executive vice president, Exelon Energy Delivery. He also holds director positions with Metropolitan Family Services; DePaul University; Governor’s State University Foundation; and the Chicago Legal Clinic.
