Waste Services completes swap with Allied, announces loan financing launch

Waste Services Inc., Burlington, Ontario, has acquired Phoenix-based Allied Waste’s south Florida operations and sold its Arizona operations to Allied.
Waste Services has also announced a $50 million increase to the term loans under its senior secured credit facility.
