Bomb Squad Called to Kensington Neighborhood after Recycling Bin Explodes

Bomb squad investigators were trying to figure out if a recycling bin was intentionally destroyed Saturday morning.
According to police, a call came in to report an explosion in the 4300 block of 42nd street in Kensington.
