Toledoans with Disabilities to Get Assistance with Garbage, Recycling

A formalized plan to assist disabled Toledo residents in getting their garbage and recycling bins to and from the curb was rolled out today.
The Lucas County commissioners, Republic Services, and the Lucas County Commission on Disabilities announced how the system will work at a news conference at One Government Center.
