St. Peterburg's Sustainability Director Resigns for Federal Position

The city of St.Petersburg, Fla. is searching for a new sustainability director after Allison Mihalich e-mailed her resignation.

Mihalich had only been in the position since 2023. She told city official that she is moving to a role at the national level, but did not specify what that role was.

City officials called her an "integral part of the city team."
