Wayne Jones, a part-time employee of AB Waste and Removal in Queensbury, N.Y., was found asleep at the wheel of a garbage truck while smoke poured from the hood on Tuesday.

Jones was found by deputies of the Warren County Sheriff's Office, and his blood-alcohol level was allegedly three times above the legal limit. Joe Austin, the owner of AB Waste, says that Jones wasn't a driver for his company and didn't have a license to drive a garbage truck.

Jones pled not guilty to his charges in Queensbury Town Court on Tuesday morning, and he is currently in Warren County Jail with bail set at $5,000.
