Raccoon Refuse Fails to Comply to Cleanup Orders
A Pennsylvania waste service provider has been found in contempt after failing to comply with a court-ordered cleanup.

Pennsylvania waste services company Raccoon Refuse Garbage Service Inc. has been found in contempt for a lack of compliance with court orders. The company was ordered to clean up its Sparta Township transfer station. Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection filed a contempt petition against the company and its owner, Ernest Sell. The petition was on Tuesday, November 1st.
"Under a new order issued Tuesday by Schultz, Raccoon is to remove and properly dispose of all waste at a lawfully permitted disposal facility within seven days of the new order."
