Hugo Neu Recycling in Mount Vernon is laying off 27 workers and closing one of its sites.
The computer and technology hardware recycler based at 249 E. Sandford Blvd. informed state labor officials that it will close its location at 518 Franklin Ave. and terminate workers on April 30.
