Houston -- Waste Management Inc. (WM) has named Mary Kay Runyan vice president of fleet and logistics. Tom Derieg currently holds the position but will be retiring in May. Runyan has been with WM since 2001. The company also named Alex Popov vice president of logistics. He joined WM in 1998 and will be reporting to Runyan.
