Man must repay $4,430 to recycling company for theft “A man from Fithian who admitted stealing copper from a recycling business has been ordered to repay the business $4,430. Sean Schnepper, 25, who also listed an address in the 2800 block of Concord in Urbana, pleaded guilty earlier this week before Champaign County Judge Tom Difanis to theft. He admitted that on or before March 2, 2013, he stole copper tubing and wire from Marco Steel in Champaign, a recycling company where he was employed.” (The News-Gazette)
