Baltimore Seeks Solutions to City's Recycling Disruption

As Baltimore's head of Department of Public Works steps down, officials begin to seek solutions to the city's recycling woes.

Director Jason Mitchell announced he will be leaving the department following calls for his resignation. The city hired Rubicon to evaluate its services. The company found Baltimore is short nearly 50 drivers and 50 trucks.

The solution could cost taxpayers. Some have suggested privatizing collection.
