After the proposal to discontinue curbside recycling, citizens of Quincy went to a city council meeting to express their frustrations.
With votes to take place two weeks from August 30th, a decision will be made, and residents wanted their feelings known. The proposal includes switching from the curbside pick-up system they have now to drop-off locations.
"‘If it’s not curbside, I’m going to throw it in the garbage," says one citizen.
