EBay Launches E-Recycling Effort

Las Vegas — EBay has launched an electronics recycling initiative. The Web site, on which consumers bid on and sell all kinds of used personal items, has added a page that provides information of e-recycling. The page contains information on how to choose a recycler, provides programs to erase information from a computer’s hard drive and features a list of electronics recyclers. The page can be found at www.ebay.com/rethink.
