A new recycling center has opened in Charleston, Tenn., which gives Bradley County residents four sites for their recyclables.

The new recycling center opened last week which proudly displays its sponsor’s name, Cleveland Roll-Off Rentals. Brandy Bishop, City Manager, first proposed the recycling center when she first took over the position. Bishop says that the facility will give locals a better chance to recycle and entice others who don’t currently recycle, to do so.

“We are pleased to see another opportunity for recycling in our county with the opening of this location in Charleston,” said Allen Mincey, Keep Cleveland and Bradley County Beautiful Director. “While residents in that part of the county could always bring their recyclables to our other sites, this will be more convenient for them.”
