Waste Pro Awards $30,000 to Athens Employees Celebrating 20 Years of Service

ATHENS, Fla. – Waste Pro President and Chief Executive Officer Sean Jennings, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Keith Banasiak, as well as Vice President of Human Resources Shannon Early, gathered in Athens, Georgia, to celebrate three employees with a crystal plaque, and a $10,000 bonus, thanking them for their 20 years of dedication and service to the company.

Among the employees honored during the celebration were Sybil Ginn, Corporate Contract and Acquisition Administrator; Stanley Lattimore, Roll-Off Driver, Athens, GA; and Tom Wassel, Commercial Sales, Athens, GA. The celebration at the Athens Divisional office was heartwarming, with Sean sharing personal stories of each recipient. Sean made the audience feel connected to the journey of these employees, and how they have helped foster Waste Pro’s growth and success.

Also in attendance were regional leaders, Georgia Regional Vice President Mike McGann, Divisional Vice President Jerry Harrison from North Georgia Hauling Division, and newly appointed Divisional Vice President Jennifer Herring who leads the two Atlanta Waste Pro locations. All had inspiring words to share with the attendees, instilling a sense of motivation and gratitude. Sean shared a compelling vision for the company’s future, instilling a sense of inspiration and hope. “At the core, Waste Pro is about people. We owe much of our success to the committed people, our Pros, who deliver daily results. People like Sybil, Stanley, and Tom are the difference and keep us looking ahead. They are the company's backbone, and as we invest in them, they continue to give back to us. Thank you again for your service.”
