Customers of AB Waste & Removal Upset Over Missed Trash Pickups in N.Y.

N.Y.-based AB Waste & Removal, which has a D+ grade with the Better Business Bureau, has been receiving backlash as of late from customers who are upset over missed trash pickups.

Owner Joe Austin admits that he’s aware of the issue and blames the weather and former management for the company’s problems. Austin claims that the company is now under new management and that it’s committed to improving the problems by the end of this week.

A garbage company is behind on pick-up and some customers say they’ve been accumulating trash for weeks. The business owner says there’s a good reason why.

A stinky mess outside this Queensbury woman’s home is attracting all the wrong kinds of attention.

“It’s pretty embarrassing first of all and we have neighbors so it’s obviously unsightly and then also there are animals that are getting in it,” Jacqueline Swan, an AB Waste & Removal customer, said.
