A new household waste recycling center is now under construction in Walsall, UK that looks to provide modern, easy-to-use facilities.

The new recycling center will take in 40,000 tonnes of waste annually and will enable residents to recycle a wider range of items.

Adrian Andrew, Councilor, says that the current facilities served the area well for years, but the new projects will be a massive investment for the area and propel the borough to a clearer and greener strategy in the future.

The facility will be equipped with solar panels that will generate energy needed to run the center as well as a reuse shop alongside a workshop area where staff will refurbish items.
