Recycling Holdings LLC has taken over ownership AERC Recycling Solutions.

Flanders, N.J.-based AERC Recycling’s founder and CEO, Robert Landmesser, agreed to transfer his majority share of AERC stock to Recycling Holdings of Nashville, Tenn., according to a news release. The ownership change will allow AERC, a leading electronic waste recycling firm, to continue business as usual.

AERC said the new ownership will allow the company to pursue new business opportunities in order to remain competitive.

Recycling Holdings and its affiliate have been involved with AERC for the past five years.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for AERC to continue its commitment in servicing its customers and providing excellent recycling options,” Landmesser said.
