Gray will oversee all of Advanced Disposal’s operations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Most recently, he was the firm’s area president for Georgia and South Carolina. He has been with Advanced Disposal since 2001.

Lavender, who has been with Advanced Disposal since 2004, will oversee the firm’s operations in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and western Tennessee. Previously, he was the company’s area president for Alabama, Florida and the Alabama/Mississippi Gulf Coast.

“The tremendous successes Advanced Disposal Services has achieved through the years is a testament to our incredibly talented men and women,” said Charlie Appleby, chairman and CEO of Advanced Disposal, in a press release. “[Gray and Lavender], through their strong leadership and innovation, are key drivers of that success.
