Casella Acquires New England Tuck-In Operation

Rutland, Vt. – Casella Waste Systems Inc. has acquired All-Waste Services, Lebanon, N.H., for approximately $4.3 million. All-Waste provides waste and recycling collection and hauling services for customers in Lebanon, N.H.; White River Junction, Vt.; and Bellows Falls, Vt. The company says this "tuck-in" acquisition will complement Casella’s White River Junction operations.
