Cotton Creek Capital Acquires Waste Partners of Texas

Cotton Creek Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has acquired Dallas-based Waste Partners of Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Waste Partners clients include industrial, commercial and municipal customers. The firm operates in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
