Crews in North Augusta, SC, spent Thanksgiving putting out a fire at the city's MRF.
Chemical reactions in trash piles are to blame for the blaze. As the result of the fire, the nearby City of Aiken Public Services announced the same garbage trucks used for waste will be used to collect recycling for the time being.
