Phil Daetwyler, CEO of Cynthiana, Ky.-based E-Z Pack Manufacturing LLC, has resigned. He announced his resignation to the firm’s Board of Directors and employees on Friday, Aug. 14.

“I have accomplished what I set out to do,” Daetwyler said in a press release.

Daetwyler will work with Republic Financial Corp., E-Z Pack’s parent company, “on other mutual investment projects that are in need of [Daetwyler’s] turnaround expertise,” according to an E-Z Pack press release.

E-Z Pack manufactures front- and rear-loaders and introduced an automated side loader at WasteExpo in June.
