Jeffrey M. Harris Joins SCS Engineers

SCS Engineers announced that Jeffrey M. Harris, P.E., BCEE, has joined the firm’s Houston office. Harris recently served as the engineering manager for Waste Management’s landfills in southeast Texas, where he managed engineering and construction budgets in excess of $15 million per year.

Harris earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Civil Engineering and he has taken Post Graduate Studies at the University of Northern Colorado. He also holds a U.S. patent for a Facultative Landfill Bioreactor. Harris is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, a Board Certified Environmental Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
