City of Killeen, Texas (population 100,976) is accepting applications for the Commercial Operations Superintendent. Performs complex supervisory and administrative tasks and applies professional knowledge and skills in managing the Commercial Operations section. Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the activities of an organization providing solid waste services to residents. Requirements include graduation from a two (2) year college or technical school with emphasis in Solid Waste Management or Environmental Studies; and, Must have five (5) years or more of supervisory experience in solid waste operations; or, any equivalent combination of related education and experience. Must have a valid Texas Class B CDL License by date of hire. Salary: $3,093.00/month Deadline: Open until filled
