Shareowners of FedEx Corp. elected David P. Steiner, CEO and director of Houston-based Waste Management, to the corporation's board of directors for a one-year term. Steiner also was appointed a member of the board's audit committee.
Justin Lee joined Valley Park, Mo.-based St. Louis Composting as controller. Lee will oversee the firm's day-to-day business operations.
Pebble Creek Partners, an environmental consulting firm, appointed Thomas Riek as a partner at its Chicago-area headquarters.
