Plano, Texas-based Safety-Kleen announced the appointment of David A. Eckert as its new Chief Executive Officer. Eckert will be elected to the company's Board of Directors later this year.
Reston, Va.-based SCS Field Services appointed Guy F. Lewis vice president of the firm's Construction Division. SCS Field Services is a division of SCS Engineers.
