Navistar International Corp., Warrenville, Ill., has announced that Daniel C. Ustian, president and CEO, has assumed operating responsibility for the company's truck group. Ustian replaces J. Steven Keate who had been president of the truck group since 1999.
Waste Management Inc., Houston, has named David Beigie vice president of corporate communications in charge of internal and external communications.
Alan Mann has been named vice president of sales at DriveCam Video Systems, San Diego.
