Sarasota, Fla. - Sarasota County Government Environmental Services Business Center Seeks Collections Unit Manager

The Sarasota County Government Environmental Services Business Center (ESBC) is searching for a Manager, Solid Waste, to head-up the Collections Unit.

MANAGER, SOLID WASTE, COLLECTIONS POSITION #1937

This position will work independently and interactively with a high level of management and leadership expertise to direct the activities of the Solid Waste Collections Unit. Candidates for this position should possess a strong working knowledge of implementing program changes and extensive experience in contract administration. The Ideal Candidate should possess extensive collections experience; possess strong leadership skills; technical skills; encourage positive interaction; prior experience with the Balanced Scorecard and Continuous Quality Improvement concepts is a plus; be results and teamwork oriented; accountable; possess ethical behavior, and the ability to lead change positively. Good communications skills are essential.

COMPENSATION: $48,068 to $65,353, negotiable, based on qualifications/experience.
