Our business is picking up – Parts Product Manager

Literally. We’re the Refuse Group of Federal Signal Corporation’s Environmental Products Group (EPG). We’re known for our state-of-the-art refuse vehicles with their quality construction, rugged reliability, and innovation. We have an immediate need for an experienced Parts Product Manager based at our manufacturing facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Reporting to the EPG Director, Parts Sales & Marketing, your primary mission is to increase sales of refuse service parts to customers. You will conduct market research that results in marketing programs, promotions, and new parts products that increase sales. You’ll also conduct competitive analysis, and analyze our distribution channels for opportunities to increase their sale of parts. That means you’ll visit the branch offices of our distributors in the field, because your relationship with them is critical to your success. As you would expect, we’ll rely on your monthly sales forecasts and analyses for both new business and sales.

The qualified candidate must have a related bachelor’s degree along with experience as a parts manager, product manager, or marketing manager in a manufacturing environment. Vehicle or capital equipment experience is required, along with a mechanical aptitude.
