Mark Pytosh has resigned his position as CFO of Covanta Holding Corp. His resignation was effective on March 31. On that same day, Pytosh became CFO of CCS Corp. Tom Bucks, Covanta's chief accounting officer, will serve as interim CFO until a replacement is named. "We appreciate Mark's significant contributions during the past three years," said Covanta CEO Anthony Orlando in a statement.

Greensboro, N.C.-based Mack Trucks has appointed Patrick Meehan vice president of its Northeast Region, John Thomas vice president of its Western Region and David Barletta vice president of its Central Region. "All three have deep experience with Mack, our customers and their businesses," said Kevin Flaherty, Mack's senior vice president of sales and marketing, in a press release.
