Allmetal Recycling Acquires S.O.S. Metals

Allmetal Recycling has acquired S.O.S. Metals, which includes its operations and processing facility. The acquisition is slated to strengthen the company’s position in the aerospace allot market and bolster Allmetal’s presence in the Midwest, according to co-owner Client Cornejo.

Allmetal specializes in recycling, certified destruction, dismantling, industrial asset liquidation services and used and new steel products.

The Wichita Eagle has more information:

Allmetal Recycling is expanding through the purchase of the Wichita operations of S.O.S. Metals and its processing facility, which is at 9800 W. York.

“The addition of this operation and its staff are a great fit for our company,” Allmetal co-owner Clint Cornejo said in a statement.

He said the purchase “will strengthen our position in the aerospace alloy market, with the added volume benefiting our entire customer base.”
