Gator Waste & Recycling has acquired All American Custom Container for an undisclosed amount.

Gator Waste said in a news release that the purchase of All American, which rents roll-off dumpster services for solid waste and recycling, includes the company’s customer base, containers and trucks. Both companies are based in Auburndale, Fla. All American operations will take place at Gator’s Polk County facilities.

Dee Dee Sowder, All American’s manager, joins Gator’s sales and administrative team.

“We have added quality personnel, equipment and customers to enhance our existing reputation for providing the best service in central Florida,” said Gator Waste President Charles Rizzo Jr.

Gator provides residential curbside collection, compactor rentals and front load dumpster services.
