Waste Management Inc. expects to close its acquisition of Deffenbaugh Industries Inc. within 30 days.
On Tuesday morning, the Houston-based company (NYSE: WM) shared a few details on its still-pending acquisition of the Kansas City, Kan., company during its fourth-quarter and 2014 year-end conference call.
